1. Delivery Area

We provide delivery services to all regions of Australia.

2. Dispatch Time

All orders will be dispatched within 48 hours of purchase, ensuring a prompt and efficient shopping experience.

3. Delivery Time & Cost

Note: During busy periods like sales events, delivery times may be extended.

Important Notes

• Standard Delivery: Due to current circumstances, we are experiencing some delays, and standard delivery may take between 7-14 working days. We apologise for any inconvenience caused and are working hard to resolve the issue.

• Express Delivery: During peak times (such as Black Friday, Christmas, and Valentine's Day), express deliveries may be delayed.

• Generally, orders placed before 12pm (BST) from Monday to Thursday will be delivered within 2 working days. We do not currently offer weekend deliveries on Saturdays or Sundays. Orders placed on Fridays after 12pm (BST) or over the weekend will be dispatched the next working day and delivered within 2 working days. Orders placed on UK public holidays will be processed the following working day, which may add an additional day to delivery times.

Please note: Delivery estimates are subject to your location, and couriers may extend the delivery window for remote areas.
